Important characteristics:
- Major Pentatonic is a 5 note scale.
- Sounds good and can be used on all diatonic major chords.
- Can be used over the I, IV or V chords.
- Uses the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th & 6th degrees of the Major Scale.
- Sounds good over a Major blues.
- The end of each shape is the same as the beginning of its neighboring shape.
