Why is order of placement important?
Order of placement:

- Strum from the open A string down.

* If your having trouble fitting all you fingers into the 2nd fret try slanting your palm away from the bottom of the neck and make sure that all three fingers are smushed together. The 3rd finger should be as close to the 2nd fret as possible with out being on top of it.
Heres a chord that uses all 4 fingers. It is the most common guitar chord there is. There are many versions of this chord but, because of it’s full sound, this is the one I like best.
Order of placement:
- Pinky on the high E string, 3rd fret.
- Third finger on the B string, 3rd fret.
- First finger on the A string, 2nd fret.
- Second finger on Low E string, 3rd fret.
- Strum all 6 strings

* If your having trouble with this one it’s most likely your left hand position. Is your thumb hanging out over the top of the neck? If you bring it down you allow more room for your fingers to reach up to the low E and A strings.
Practice tips: This will be the same for all your easy guitar chords.
- Memorize the shape and name.
- GRAB, STRUM, LET GO and REPEAT.
- Remember always that everything you learn with guitar is achieved thru slow, accurate and methodical repetition.
